What Bibury Day Nursery Offers Your Child
Groups are divided by age, so activities and staff attention are focused towards your child’s particular developmental and welfare needs. The Tiddlers group covers ages three months to two years, while the Tadpoles is made up of children in the two to five year age group. The ratio of staff to children is high, ensuring adult help and supervision is available when required.
Our resources for Tiddlers include:
- A dedicated sleep room for Quiet Time
- An adjacent nappy change area
- A play and create area for Messy Play
- A large, soft play area for Active Play
- A 1:3 staff ratio
- Daily parental reports for your peace of mind
Tadpoles have access to:
- A large play area with a generous selection of fun and educational toys
- A computer corner to facilitate IT learning
- A quiet room for arts, crafts and other tabletop activities
- Circle time, to introduce and improve social skills
- Story reading sessions
- Freshly prepared, healthy meals and snacks
Additional Services
Our healthy meals, with vegetarian options as standard, are provided by our dedicated on-site chef. All food is carefully sourced and freshly prepared. Specific dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
Additional activities are included in the programme on a weekly basis. These include Yoga Bugs on Tuesday mornings, Gymnastics on Thursday mornings and Jo Jingles on Friday mornings, all during term time. Tennis sessions are held throughout the year on Wednesday afternoons when the weather is suitable.
