Policy on Fees, early education funding and chargeable extras

In this policy the aim is to make it clear to parents, how fees are charged at Bibury Day Nursery and how funded hours can be used.

Sessions

Charges for private sessions, these charges include all meals. 10% discount for full time and siblings.

Morning: £35.50 –  7:30am – 1:00pm
Afternoon: £28.50 –  1:00pm – 6:00pm
Full day : £64:00 –  7:30am – 6:00pm

Funding

Half day morning:  7:30am- 1:00pm – This will use 5 hours of funding

Half day afternoon:  1:00pm – 6:00pm – This will use 5 hours of funding

Whole day:  7:30am -6:00pm – This will use 10 hours of funding

Additional optional charges

Lunch – £8.00                                                      Full day – £19:00

Tea – £6.00

If you choose to opt out of any additional charges we need to be given a months notice.

If you choose to opt out of breakfast then it must be eaten at home.

If you choose to bring in a packed lunch it must be delivered to nursery.  You will be given guidance on what is permitted in the form of our ‘Food Policy.’ Due to allergy risks this must be strictly adhered to.  

Any additional activities such as yogabears or the leavers trip are optional and will be charged for separately. You will receive sign up letters about them if/when they are offered to your child.
